Sometimes, it just doesn`t work out. You`d be surprised how many copper rivets are off centered that we throw into the recycle pile. This one is rare and pretty funny because of it.
The holiday shipping deadline was today. The tables are empty, Meika`s exhausted. We did over 40 customized orders post deadline, which is a record for us. This doesn`t include non personalized orders that we put out very quickly.
Thank you for keeping us perpetually busy. Our deadlines aren`t taken lightly. I make sure every single order we promise to be delivered in time for Christmas is honored. We`ve kept that promise for every single customer for the last ten years. I`m proud of my team, and I`m fortunate for each and every one of you.

"Hamilton Township Professional Firefighters Welcome back Captain Dixon. After 8 months of what everyone thought was going to be a career ending injury, Captain Steve Dixon is back to work. Captain Dixon was hurt fighting a fire on QB Road along with 2 other firefighters. That fire had caused T firefighter to have to medically retire another firefighter to still be out of work. Last night we had another firefighter hurt while battling a fire. He`s home and suffered a concussion when a ceiling collapsed on him. This is a dangerous job. Injuries are going to happen. With the help of good healthcare and a great support system we can battle these injuries and get back to work!"

Post deadline order shop time is the most peaceful time.
We did it. Everything we do from here on until Christmas is going above and beyond. We`re grateful we`ve kept as steadily busy as we have been. We appreciate all of the support and repeat business over the years. Can`t wait to start showing where some of our products are heading next!

As is holiday tradition, Billy Bob marks the day that all of our guaranteed Christmas delivery items have shipped. We`re full on "Christmas Miracles" from here until Dec 19th. This marks 10 years of sending every single guaranteed Christmas deadline order out on time.
I know exactly how I would feel if I didn`t get my gift on time, which is why we make reasonable timelines and spend the extra time hustling this time of year. Here is to the next group of orders that we can surprise with some holiday cheer!
