There`s not much "high tech" going on in the shop. Every mic loop and belt keep gets an American flag stamp. It`s been that way since we started 10 years ago. A more frugal business owner would not spend the time hand stamping flags onto their mic loops and keepers, but it conveys our sense of pride and patriotism offering products made by hand in the USA. 🇺🇸

These connector points are gaining in popularity. We make 6 different connector points for suspenders to accommodate the majority of turnout gear brands. It`d be ALOT cooler if you big brands got on the same page and made a standardized connection design.. 🧐

So today feels like next Tuesday. But we`re still making hella progress. Behind me are the department orders we work on in conjunction with our normal everyday orders. These two groups will be heading to a National Monument for service and the other to one of the busiest fire duty departments in NJ. More pics to follow as they finish up. ✌️

Stitch Grooving. It provides a beneficial purpose to allow a groove for the thread to recess into and protect it from abrasion. It also gives a non stitched product a clean, finished look to it.

Just finished cleaning up the great Ridgeway flood of 2025. 😭 Everything is fine, just some standing water from a frozen drain line because it`s effing cold outside. Glad I took the day off from the firehouse not anticipating what would await. If you`re on the job, you know damn well everything goes south when you`re on duty. 😆
